To wander

Going nowhere

Empty vistas

a disease

in the soul

a shame

Where did I go wrong?

How did I lose the song

To comprehend

and see

the end free?

Clouds come

a grim assemblage

cracks of light

ears bashed

lightning forked

fear stalked

menacing sky

And the rain came

and thunder rolled

grave and declamatory

upon ground dark

dissolving the spark

as a link weak

hinders the heart to speqk

wandering ..going nowhere

empty vistas

to spare

Vesna, that light at the end of the tunnel can't be far away for you now. Those ghosts are being eroded with each write you do.

hello Vesna, as i read this i was thinking about my successful marriage. She's bored and I'm bored. But I guess we have to take the good with the bad. Hell it's hard to win but don't get caught telling yourself so, you'll actually seem to start losing. I refuse to lose. enjoyed the read. love and hugs G

Vesna, beautifully written. And there is no way I can or want to believe that you forged the weak link. Your flame always burns so bright in your poetry. You are indeed part of a TWIN FLAME. I hope that someone matches your intensity forever and the link is re-
forged again. Your friend Bill

Vesna, every now and then, not only does a poem pack a punch, but its style and delivery work in harmony with it as well... this is one of those times.. the crisp, taut, economy of just the body of this drives home, perfectly, the content.. This is not only a great piece, something to relate to, but an entirely unique 'package' .. really clever... really moving too! Hats off to your wonderful creativity here. katy xox.

Oh I know this pain...inside and out.
I'm sure many others do, as well. You've painted
a masterpiece here, for sure.
The font was a bit hard for me to read, but it
didn't dim the beauty of the verse.

Vesna, this is one of the most powerful pieces about shattered love and resulting emotions that I've ever read.

Gut wrenching reality for many that painfully reminded me of a few times in my life I thought I would never recover from.

Masterfully done.

(Hope this is just a poem, though, and not pain you are experiencing yourself.)
