Bittersweet truth unfolds Before awaiting eyes Is it what they yearn for? Off key harmonies swell Into eager ears Is it what they scream for? Forsaken lore read By naďve sons Is it what they seek? Tainted light shines By unknown hand Is it what they need? Coarse velvet flows In rivers deep Is it what they drink? Questions abound To all who listen Is it what they hear Or what they know?
