This is a tribute to
my ebook
"Little Girl Lost"
Also, to everyone who
was or is a victim of
emotional & physcial abuse.

"An Unheard Child"

Weep not my frightened
little one.
For there is no need
to live life in fear.

No longer will harm
befall you again.
For I promise you -
I'll always be right here.

I'm so sorry your cries
went unheard.
I am sorry that you were
subjected to such pain.

Your pain & suffering
were kept obscured.
But, My sweet little one
"Never shall it happen
to you again!"

We're all given a mountain
to climb.
Though some may be much
higher than others.

Oh, I will climb this
big mountain with you.
For you're far too young
to climb this one alone.

There's no need to ever
shed another single tear.
For now you could safely
wear a smile.

For I shall protect you
from all abuse & fear.
And never again will you
be - a victim of -

Trixie, we have to be the advocates for our children. The sound boxes for their weakened voices so they will no longer go unheard.
You are a strong and loving woman..I'm so relieved to know that you were able to find a way to work through your pain and to use it to help better the lives of others. Bless you Trixie. Lisa
