Yet To Be Made

Wonder in words
softly spoken
as thrilling as fireworks
against black sky,
Slowly thoughts flowered
through layers of memories
until an eternal consciousness
cloaked the speaker,
and nothing paused
for this wisdom,
a price and all knew that it
was ignorance that empowered
them-with hate and want- destroyed by choice
like locusts descending
to feed on the innocent, truth and awareness
locked in battle,
binds hearts still doubting
until all lies buried
forgotten by the merciful
but ignored by the future
yet to be made.
