I miss your friendship more than you know...

"In God's Hands… Dedicated to A Special Friend"

There is something about you that lights my life

Even though we are far apart

Holding on to the hope that we will meet again

For you still remain in my heart

I try to make sense of what we have become

A friendship that's gone astray

Even though we seem like passing strangers

I think about you every day

The hands of time has lead me to believe

That things don't always last

I wished that we could forgive and forget

And put aside the past

Prayers feel unanswered and memories are fading

I don't know what else to do

So I am leaving it all within God's Hands

and pray that He leads me to you

I know that The Lord will guide us through this

Even if we remain apart

And if the outcome should come to this

You're still a friend at heart-
