This here is my victory lap,
I was leaving, but you brought me back.
I can't quite see what you see in him,
But if the water ain't cold, take a swim.

Oh, don't you worry about me none,
My 'bout with love has just begun.
I give you the best there ever was,
But you just won't see it, just won't budge.

Just won't feel it, Just won't nudge,
But it's alright, it don't mean much.

Wait

Who am I kidding, I just lost my love,
My first real judge, sent straight from above.
I thought it just fit, fit like a glove,
Though little of this hits you, some of it does.

But don't worry 'bout me, some day you may see,
That the true st line of love may be...
...Dead, forgotten, or just plain ignored,
Wow, I even lost my rhythm, could you take from me more?

Just keep falling down this flight of steps,
A one-way ticket from heaven to the fiery depths.
But I have but one more demon, yet to show,
Just one more thing to know, before you go.

I must leave fast, so I leave in my stead;
"God may take from me much, but gives all the time that I need."
