A gray season longing for color

Rainy sky and clouds

Swelling earth readies for spring

No flowers yet

Busy means luck they say

Prosperity more concrete

Life's treadwheel spins

Tax return time

Money chains around my brain

Postponed creativity

Southern lands far away

Celebrate lavish carnivals

color ecstasy

Beach paradise dreams

Sweet pina colada moon

Passion tranquility

Desire to live

Sensuality fresh sex

Temporary joy

Dream-hook misery

Diamond freedom won't rise

In my ghetto heart

Verse 1) Hahaha...it has been raining all day here.
Verse 2) Too much concrete not enough living. And yet we yearn for the cosmos...another planet to consume.
Verse 3) I let my accountant do that, although there are so many other things that suck up my creativity.
Verse 4) Are you planning a trip to Rio?
Verse 5) Or Jamaica?
Verse 6) Tempory yes, but without that joy misery plays center stage. "Fresh sex," now that sounds very sexy.
Verse 7) Dreams never seem to measure up to our expectations, do they? Maybe people should forgo reality and just live virtually.
