Buffalo grazing lazily in fields of green

Pregnant clouds hang carelessly overhead

Gentle breezes tossing leaves of gold and brown

Spiraling down to the ground to become a bed

The Land Between The Lakes smells of Fall

Rest now oh fair weather maiden of Summer

Crops all harvested, fields now slumber

Old wood barns storing the labors of so many

Winterís chill shall sweep these Kentucky hills

Elk roam deeper in the woods ever searching

Rolling hills that lull one to a peaceful state

At one with Mother Nature and Father Time
