Neighbors Kids…
Never knew mine in the past,
In the campground, I have come to know them fast,
Good to have for a change, Rufuz loves the kids,
Used to be all I would want is to of myself, rid,
But they are good for something after all,
Cleaning my yard out there now, took their bid…
Time for me to write, no cleaning will I have to do,
Five bucks and I got two,
Done in half the time so they can go & fish with money,
Ought to have had kids of my own, if I new it sooner,
I swear I would have…
No more pine cones, no more piles in my yard, so neat,
Just let the kids pick it up, dump it in the woods,
A ten-year old boy and his cousin at 17, working for me,
I hope they don’t see this poem, they will charge me a larger fee…
