This goes along with the poems Love Survived and Lust. It's also for my book Purgatory.

She knew about his lust
And yet she didnít care
She knew it was for me
And yet she didnít care

She thought she had his love
I knew it was for me
She thought she had his life
I knew it was for me

She thought she knew him well
But she never even tried
She thought he was the one
That would always be by her side

She never even tried
To get him by her side
She only told him lies
To keep him by her side

I knew we would be punished
When she found him in my bed
I knew we would be punished
When she found me in his head

I didnít make him love me
I never told him lies
I didnít want him to love me
I only wanted to die

He helped me see the light
He helped me see the lies
He helped me find true love
Hidden in his eyes
