Dammed

If you're not treated right, don't lose heart. Try to remember, someone loves you and guess whom? |
|
Have you ever felt dammed if you do, dammed if you don’t? You cannot help but feel like an unappreciated person. Attend functions; find presence to be tension fraught. Gifts you give, disliked, dumped, and you can’t atone.
Do zilch, and you’re lazy. Achieve and you’re showing off. Did you ever wonder if you could do anything right? Make no stand, you’re weak; make one, are too tough. Buy stuff, you’re a spend thrift; you don’t, you’re tight.
You either don’t have enough education or have too much. Did you ever want to be loved, but find you're not loved? Been thought too friendly, too aloof, or an easy touch? Try to be friends; but they consider themselves above?
You try to impress; toilet tissue hangs out your slacks. Want to serve, but trip, fall, and spill all their food. Want to be successful; can only leave behind tracks. Are serious; with ketchup on nose, and lose the mood.
If you identify, believe me, you are truly a good person. Wait, the time will come, when you will be appreciated. Don’t be afraid, keep on being yourself and have fun. Keep up faith, forgive, and love; we are all God created.
It's self-denial, it makes some people the way they are. Such, are them with lofty attitudes that won't budge. Divine intervention alters attitudes that stick like tar. Yes, every time the lofty judge; they will also be judged.

| good one Pat, kind of made me laugh because it fits my wife and i to almost a T. All we get from our family and friend is jealousy and misery, especially after i wrote my book. my company has a saying, "as long as you're doing worse than others, you have no problem with them, the minute you rise above, wammo." love and peace G |

Wonderful sound advice on the last two lines. There are so many lines in here that I can relate to; but your last two lines are the ones I like the best.
