When we heard anti-something we think about our reluctance to accept what others wish to impose on us. But nine time of ten, that anti-something is sponsored by fanatics with an agenda totally disassociated with good sense.
Antisemitism is one of those.
Excerpt from the book under work:
“The Life of Walther Alexander”
Abraham’s Stacheldraht (Abraham’s barbed wire)
Walther’s SS Schtzstaffel Gruppenfürer uncle Albert couldn’t tell anyone in the circle he was forced to mingle that, for a couple of generations, they had a Jew in his family treated like one of.
Not if you want your ass taking a long vacation in Dachau or some other dark facility specially furnished for the Fatherland’s deceitful swains.
But there was Abraham Cohen’s family that his brother Erich was adamant about protecting, and the General, even if he wasn’t a Party member, had enough clout to make life difficult to anyone displeasing him, brother or not brother.
Abraham had a brother living near and working in the Maszyn Górniczych "Omag", which since the 1930s, called Spółka Akcyjna Zjednoczenia Fabryk Maszyn i Samochodów "Oświęcim" (Auschwitz United Machinery and Automobile Manufacturing Inc.) produced the "Oświęcim-Praga" which won a Monte Carlo Rally; and the Polinova Company (popularly known as Papownia).
Abraham’s brother was a respected engineer that, after relocating in Poland and changing his name from Izak Cohen to Inek Kaminski to get a job as engineer in a time of highly anti-Semitic feelings after the Great War. Herr Kaminski flew under the radar of Aryan Police because he was supposed to be Polish and since the German invasion of Poland he was forced, like everyone else, to use the factory machinery and the remained “purified” manpower to produce to the German military demand of war supplies.
Everybody knew about the concentration camp, but nobody talked about it aloud, not even between home walls, because ears were everywhere.
Inek Kaminski papers were legit, as long as he hold his head down and his mouth shut he was safe.
But then, there’s always a fellow of yours, scared out of his wits, that thought he would get leniency or better treatment if you give away a piece of information to the Gestapo.
His name was Solomon Goldberg, tailor and part time rabbi, which knew that Izak Cohen was now known as engineer Inek Kaminski.
Enter the "Endlösung der Judenfrage" (Final Solution to the Jewish Question) that was so hard of believe in the beginning because we were a civilized nation, don’t we? And entertaining the idea of vast concentration camps was against every war logistic, food, fuel, guards, hospitals transport that were necessary to go to the war front, not to stay home and drag energy from the Whermacht.
Although by the summer of 1942 it had begun the systematic extermination of the Jews, news that hundreds of thousands already had been killed by death squads and mass pogroms was too fantasiful numbers to be understood, even by those that had survived Verdum, sennep gas and trenches slaughter.
One could understand the death of concentrated thousands, separated by less of a mile between and shooting mercyless at each other.
Another thing was trying to comprehend that a nation in war would be going out of its way to round a particular human specie from every corner, in the millions?
With the sole purpose of killing them? Preposterous!
A nation in war with multiple nations needs all the transport for its troops and material, all the policing to thwart partisan activity and saboteurs.
Propaganda?
Were the other nations at war just doing a smearing campaign?
They were saying that in Poland and Ukraine the SS and its acolytes had already killed more than a million, of what? People?
The General felt an icy hand grabbing at his heart after reading a leaked copy of Dr. Goebbels incoming article:
"Regarding the Jewish Question, the Führer is determined to clear the table. He warned the Jews that if they were to cause another world war, it would lead to their own destruction. Those were not empty words. Now the world war has come. The destruction of the Jews must be its necessary consequence. We cannot be sentimental about it. It is not for us to feel sympathy for the Jews. We should have sympathy rather with our own German people. If the German people have to sacrifice 160,000 victims in yet another campaign in the east, then those responsible for this bloody conflict will have to pay for it with their lives."
"None of the Führer's prophetic words has come so inevitably true as his prediction that if Jewry succeeded in provoking a second world war, the result would be not the destruction of the Aryan race, but rather the wiping out of the Jewish race. This process is of vast importance, and will have unforeseeable consequences that will require time. But it can no longer be halted. It must only be guided in the right direction."
Auschwitz-Birkenau (Oświęcim Brzezinka) concentration camp.
Inek Kaminski, now back to Izak Cohen wearing a yellow David star on the breast of his jacket plus a left eye shine, courtesy of one Petzer collaborator working in the factory trying to congratiate himself with the Herrefolk, was walking on a long line, four abreast, towards a black iron entrance doubledoors sporting a arch holding letters that said in German ARBEIT MACHT FREI.
Izak Cohen, was now, part of the “solution”

Stories such as yours, George, no matter how often we hear them, or see them in a movie, are always shocking to the senses for who now, who here can even imagine the thought process that went into the cold-blooded murder of millions of people. Very well written, George.

Sick, sick, sick, and timeless. Bad time to have a part time rabbi. Patrick |

| Georg, this is truly insightful in to the workings of the thoughts and actions of the times, even the language is right on, Yes that is how they ran the country, with coniving, shameless, cowardly rats everywhere ready to squeel to save their own hides. The fury of lynchmobs is always the same, no matter how large or small the number, and the victim always persued under the auspices of some overwheming reason, sometimes we like the reason, sometimes we don't, but it's always wrong. What is scary, always, even today, there are lynchmobs living next door, all it takes is the right kind of spark. "Stacheldraht" speaks volumes still, about our most inner, and most dark places that resides in all of us, God forbid another mass histeria to bring it forth again. |

The history of mankind is truly shameful, and such a sad story you tell. |
