Simon a twelve year old who attends Middle School dared to dream because he thinks dreams are for babies. Simon always stays to himself so he would not be judged by his looks, the way he dresses or his thick eye glasses that he wears. The other children in his class always excludes him from group class activities. The class of the seventh graders were putting on an important event. It's an event where everyone had to participate . Simon informed his Teacher that he would be presenting his sales pitch on being a "Great Student. The Day finally came for Simon to give his oral presentation of a Great Student. Simon began by saying What is a Great student? It is a student who studies diglently, always going beyond the level of the assignment's intent. He stated that this is an action that clarifies rigor. Rigor can be as simple as researching on how and when something is being used to its fullest potential. Simon began to use himeself as an example, by being labeled an introvert and misfit .Since his classmates think of him as such, this was a good thing he said as he stood before his class. The class looked at Simon in Awe with a gazed surprise .Simon went on by saying that the self can create a visual perception of oneself . . Simon became an errupting Volcanoof assertiiveness and conceit which no one recognized. He changed his physcial appearance right before his classmate's eyes. They started chanting Simon, Simon, Simon. Simon then raised his hand to calm the sudents down so he could finish delivering his presentation. The teacher immediately addressed Simon by calling his name.Simon then came out of a deep trance, that he dared not to dream about.
