For the love of my animals and future ones to come....

     Animals. I do not know anyone who does love the animals in their life, more than I do!! I have had a dog in my life since the day I was born! During childhood I had “Tosha Klein Yeager” and J.J... Tosha and J.J. were a “Norwegian Elkhound” and had several litters of pups as well! The puppies were adorable, and I was so proud of Tosha too!  Tosha had plenty of hair as well. Norwegian Elkhounds are from the cold and cannot stand heat. Not the best dog to have for after all, I do live in North Central Texas!

     We also got the dog that Tosha was bred to. They were truly soul mates until each of them died about a year apart. The males name was J.J.. It stood for “Julie Jam” which was my sisters nick name back then. I was known as “Becky or Bucky Boo”. Tosha was my dog.

     After Tosha had died, I waited a few weeks. At the age of 14 years, I got my Dalmatian. I named her Sheba as she took RULE of the house! I did not know that the name of “Sheba” meant CAT back then! She died in 1998 and I miss her so very much.  I have many memento’s of Dalmatians around my apartment!  It brinks back memories of good times. Sheba died of liver cancer.

     I waited quite a bit before getting the next dog. It was about a year and a half later that I got my dog, Foxxy. She was a Shiba-Inu from Japan!! Mom brought her home from North Carolina where my sister was based in the army. That was the year that Julie and Mom had cancer at the same time. Hard time but we survived! Foxxy is about a foot high and looks like a baby fox! She has been the highlight of my life, until having to give her up a year ago. That made me very sad. I am thinking of getting a cat now.
