Take time
Just sometimes take some time and give credit to yourself for all the wonderful things ou have learned and have done. Take the time to take a look around you at the friends you have, the help you have given, the help you have received, and the hope you have given others.
Take time to see all you have accomplished.

This is excellent advice.Too often we fail to stop and take a little time(out)for ourselves,even when we have accomplished great and wonderful things.

| I enjoy reading Liz's stories especially "Take Some Time for You". It's short, but the words are powerful. If we look at what we have instead of what we do not have we will see that therein lies our treasure. |
