Eye Contact

Two sets of eyes, green and blue have locked on each other. The affair has started but neither of them know it yet.

                              Eye Contact

She walks in the door.  Her eyes meet his and instant attraction is felt.  Her eyes are green.  His are blue. No words are spoken.  Just those two beautiful sets of eyes locked on each other.  Those eyes are searching, piercing, staring, caressing, touching, kissing, penetrating and above all seducing. These two souls are communicating at the deepest level.

The blue and green eyes have met.  No communication verbally has been made.  Yet so much conversing has been done. There has been real tender, loving, honest communication and it is causing that tingly feeling inside.

I believe eye contact has started many affairs.  In this case, the green and blue eyes are feeling excitement. Both hearts are beating faster.  They already know this innocent moment is something special.   The love of your life could very possibly start like this. So don’t minimize the look.

Our eyes express so much.  They tell us of love, ecstasy, sadness, happiness, anger, frustration, boredom, excitement and many times they will pull us in at a frightening rate of speed into a relationship.  These are a few of the things our eyes show.

I remember a few years ago when I became entranced with a lady’s eyes and was just gazing into them.  I did not say a word.  She immediately picked up on it and responded by saying, you’re flirting with me.  I was.  There is a definitely a flirting with the eyes.

The eyes can speak volumes.  They can say yes or no or maybe.  They can warn us of danger.  They can join ours in orgasmic ecstasy.  They can make us cry.  When locked on a lover during intercourse they can show such love, compassion, bliss, joy, peace, beauty and serenity.

Is it easier for a romantic to fall in love through the eyes? I think so.  But even if you are not the true romantic, when the right moment comes along, the eyes can pull you in.

Sometimes it seems a person has searched and searched for love and then when least expecting it their eyes lock on someone and they both just know.

Have you ever been at the mall or a restaurant and suddenly you make eye contact out of the blue with someone, and you feel electricity?  You feel your eyes locked on someones and they yours. It may last  for a fleeting second or two, and you feel it.  It is something powerful and special.  Your heart beats faster and then suddenly they turn and are gone.  This is an example of what happens sometimes when eyes meet.

Well, the blue and green eyes finally managed to send a message by their tiny telegraph lines.  The little man runs to the brain and tells the brain to say hello.  The brain responds.  With hellos exchanged, she engages him in conversation. As she speaks, he looks at her beautiful green eyes.  The short blond hair, the beautiful smile, and hears that sweet voice. He also notices her beautiful body.   She follows him as an in-depth discussion ensues.  As she talks, he becomes lost in her eyes.  He is feeling nervous as well as excited.  So is she. He speaks and she is mystified by this man.  His eyes, the voice, the way he looks are all making her heart beat faster.  She feels tingley inside.

The affair has already started, but neither one is aware of it yet. Those two sets of eyes  have already consumated the relationship.

In my opinion, you are absolutely right. In fact, everything about eyes (movement, contact, etc) is absolutely fascinating...I learned in a workshop of the ways that law enforcement/DA's office is clued into whether or not a suspect is lying simply by watching their eye movement!

Eyes are the entry to the soul. Many people will turn away from looking into another's eyes. Some will look down and others will look up but few look into another's eyes. I think the indians can answer the reason why here...the eyes can see the part of a person they hide from others. It's the secret place within where, without invitation, you/him/her are not welcomed. For me...eyes have the answers before the words feel the sir. Your romantic side speaks well of eye contact. There are few times, but it happens, when a pair of eyes connect and the "familiar or similarities of a pair starts the questions, the quest...to seek the answers to "Why"..."How" do I know you so well when we've never spoken. I understand this better than most. The passion within us always will adhere to a mystery, especially if it feels similar in emotions. Our spirits seek each other out. I'm still curious about a man I saw at Panera Bread Monday. He watched me and when I looked up...our eyes caught the others' like magnets. I will probably never see him again but I feel that I know his spirit from some place lost in time.
I agree with everything you've written here. I'm, certainly, a believer that the eyes have it all before the hands reach out.
You're good Aubrey!
