Like most legends it must have some basis and facts.

Living in Florida is really nice and I recently found out that the fountain of youth is in Florida.I did some research and read that Spanish explorers themselves believe it to be true .If I wanted to I can easily go to the fountain of youth most especially I will be 54 this July. But my own alternative is going back to my old gym routines.I know I slowed down alot since I hit my peak when I was 30 and even though I still have a fair amount of upper body strength I would need to work out for at least 1 year to get back to what I used to be.I feel I can do this for two reasons,in January of 2009 I went to a gym and stood on a platform with shoulder pads above me.I set the machine at 500 lbs.and raised it up 25 straight times, and in December of 2009 I brought my refigerator down two flights of stairs to the curb alone. But tragedy struck in August of 2010 when I woke up with 3 blood clots.I still feel if I give myself up to a year I will be strong again. One person who is still a major influence on me to this day is former world heavyweight boxing champion Joe Frazier. He used to describe going to the gym was like going to work he had one of the best left hooks in boxing history and if I need a workout inspiration from someone in sports it's him and the way I used to be when I was younger.I had a sample of living inside a nursing home when I was bed ridden I want to prevent that from ever happening again any time soon.So I focus of hard work rather than sit in water that some claim give the fountain of youth. My brother often said too me go in the 21st century like other people,I told him I'm a throwback and feel more comfortable the way I am.

Have you got ever a perm in your hair along time ago? Once I did and it was very curly and was not good for me and it smelled funny too. I thought it would make me look younger because my Uncle Ted told me he liked women with curly hair but he was wrong because it didn't do that to me and I was mad.
