In my book, "In The Arms of a Sociopath" I discuss a family violence
episode while the subject of this book was married to someone else.
He was charged with hitting her and pictures were submitted as
proof of such violence during his arrest and hearing. This individual
does have a legally obtained concealed weapons handgun permit;
and carries a handgun today. In my opinion, anyone, man or woman
who has been convicted of any type of family or domestic violence
should have certain rights taken away. If you hit or harm a man/woman
in any manner and that matter does come before the court and that
court is made up of your peers and they find you Guilty as Charged, you
should lose that priviledge of obtaining a concealed permit to carry a
weapon. In several states, if you stay out of trouble after your inital
sentences are satisfied, you can and many do obtain and carry a gun. I
think the states should re-evaluate this law, and NO ONE ever
Convicted of Domestic Violence should be allowed to Legally carry a
gun. The work Legally comes in here because, I realize if someone
wants a gun bad enough, they will get one. But the same being said, if
that individual does obtain a gun and is stopped and found to have a
weapon, he will Go To Jail. Our government wants to run everything
about our lives today it seems, so why not do some things that protect
us from the harm of others. One of our Statesmen please introduce a
bill to stop the madness of these individuals. Maybe, just maybe, if they
can't get a gun legally, it may deter someone from a split second
decision to shoot their partner in a rage. Prohibit
Concealed Permits Legally, for offenders of the law.
What do you think?
Read Chapter VI of In The Arms of a Sociopath and see the
Acused, found guilty, sentenced, and fraud this person has, yet
he is able to carry a gun today!! This is so wrong. Falsification of
records and domestic/family violence charges, what else does it
take to take away certain rights today?

This is a website by The Examiner, Jennifer Williams and her
story of her sociopathic x husband. Truly chilling.
http://www.lovefraud.com
This website is by Donna Anderson again, she was taken to
the cleaners financially and emotionally by a sociopath.
Both of these sites have more stories and they show the names
and pictures of not just the sociopathic x husbands but have
correspondence and Donna shows pictures of her x husbands
family. She has many legal and professional mental health writers
on her website and shows you many different styles of mental
and physical abuse by anti-social personalities. Its sad the thousands
of women and families destroyed by these individuals.
