In the year 2012, I am 67 years of age and retired. I have never been in the medical profession, but I do have my two-cents about the medical community, which I think is corrupt and greedy...etc...etc...etc...

For all our friends all around the world, who may have trouble understanding the words that will ben in this article, I will define them;

perceived; (definition); to recognize; envision or understand;  Examples;

 'I perceive a note of sarcasm in your voice;'  There may have been NO sarcasm in the person's voice, but it was perceived (thought) to be there by the other person.

'This is a nice idea, but I perceive difficulties in putting it into practice.'   The idea has not been put in place, but it is 'predicted' or perceived that there will be difficulties.

If a person 'perceives' something to be true ...then, it is true ...to that person.  Others may see the issue differently...but, to that person it is reality.

greed; (definition);  excessive desire; especially for wealth or possessions or both;

Greed at its Best:  The pharmaceutical Industry;  The greed in the pharmaceutical industry is not perceived.  Every Amercian knows this to be a reality...and the trickle-down economics of it all, make for greedy doctors at the grassroots level...I connot see it any other way. Sadly, this is a reality in the year 20112

Medical, in general, is greedy...and joins others like the banking business (Wall Street); the pirates in Real Estate; and Big Oil...who everyone knows is big-time greedy.  There was a time, when companies would be satisfied to make millions of dollars in a year for their investors.  Times have changed, and a company is not satisfied with the bottom line, unless it makes BILLIONS of dollars in ONE QUARTER...THAT'S GREED...plain and simple!

Capitalism is a fair investment for a fair return.  These criminals in pharmaceutical ('Big Pharma') and medical, are pirates and greedsters.  This never-ending greed in medical and pharmaceutical, is not perceived by yours truly, and the American people...it's a REALITY!

The pharmaceutical industry talks out of both sides of their mouth;  on the one side, they talk about how much good they're doing for people all over the world;  on the othere side of their mouth, they're giving the American people a suppository (up the ass), in the form of greedy prices, and pointing the finger elsewhere for their high and greedy prices.  It's always somebody else's fault, etc.  And, they make no apologies for it...

In my view, the medical industry, takes no responsibility for their actions...and that's why the worthless Congress has to intervene and have more scrutiny over the medical industry in the years to come. The truth is...too many people are dying at the hands of medical people.  That's not perceived...sadly...that's reality!

Granted, there are tens of millions of decent, hard-working and caring people in the medical profession, with integrity and values.  But, in reality, there are also rotten apples in the basket...in the form of medical people that shouldn't be there...the corrupt; the uncaring; the greedy; the negligent; the incompetent...etc.

Medical people are held to a higher standard, because they deal with life and death situations everyday.  Everyone needs medical assistance from time to time.  What the medical profession needs is a good laxative...a good cleansing, in the form of doing more to police itself in the future.  Tens of thousands of people all across the nation are dying because of prescription drugs!  Where is the worthless Congress in all this?  (probably on another vacation)  The worthless Congress MUST intervene, to make sure the American public is safe...from all the Neanderthals in medical.

Neanderthal; (definition);  an ignorant person; barbarian;

You know the old saying...'if the shoe fits'...

Before I visit my doctor...I get these awful suicidal thoughts!  Today, (2012), it's scary to visit your doctor!  I may never be seen again...somebody...HELP!

WORK IN PROGRESS...
