Update - World famous Armenian composer's, Aram Khachaturian's portrait on a wood.
The composer's largest scaled works are the ballets Spartacus and Gayane, both of which contain Khachaturian's most well-known music, with Gayane featuring in its final act what is easily his most famous music, the "Sabre Dance".
I etched or burned his portrait on a wood long time ago. This work got me a second place winner in 2009 National Arts Program. Not a big deal.
Enjoy!!

| Thank you. more years ago than I care to admit, I had the pleasure of seeing and hearing the "Gayne Ballet" done by the Kirov, in it's entirety. I've been a fan ever since. |
