Number one...please keep writing. If everyone stopped writing that wasn’t being published by the traditional publishers we would be missing out on some great stories.
Keep going and you might be very surprised that your future now belongs to you!
I have been a Literary Agent for the past 12 years and have had many very talented clients who wrote really good manuscripts. Unfortunately they were rejected numerous times and they gave up their dream. I went on and self published six books. My dream is still going on and hopefully I can help others. Unfortunately, when authors come to me it is after they have spent so much money they can't continue what they love to do. I have published with three companies but Fideli Publishing has really helped me publish in a very economical way. They also do children's books very reasonably.
The best way to stop this problem is to get help before you spend a lot of money. Think about your market and how you will promote your book. Also think about the cost of your book. This can be very costly because when you self publish you are paying for the books yourself. Try to limit the cost on having your book published so you can have enough money to buy the books that you will need to go to libraries or special events.
Number one ….please keep writing. If everyone stopped writing that wasn’t being published by the traditional publishers we would be missing out on some great stories.
Keep going and you might be very surprised that your future now belongs to you!

| Marsha is right people. She knows what she is talking about too. Thanks to her the movie rights to my first book were optioned by a huge company, Trancas Films. Had I not found Marsha "Unlawful Flight" would probably have never been published. Thanks Marsha, and keep up the good work! |

Marsha, I've been writing and attempting to get published for twenty-six years and now have two of my three books published and am going through the first round of professional editing on my third. My first book, "The Climbing Boy" would make a great Disney type project, but it must be presented through an agent which I do not have. I'd love to get a copy to you to see if this is somthing you may like to represent... To Disney or whomever.
