Resolutions aren't just for January first.

Resolutions aren't just for January first.

The best way to achieve your goals is to make a written list of what you need to achieve, and then make a written action plan, working backward, step by step for each goal, with action items that will be needed to get you to the next step.  This works best with concrete things like sales numbers and dollars, but it can work for other things, too.

I got crunched in a car accident a few months ago, and am unable to take a "real" job again yet; so right now, my priority is to physically and mentally get to a stage where I am feeling and moving better than I was before the accident.

I believe that with diligent self-care and frequently asking for help, and following up all possibilities for compensation, this will be possible.  Things that get in the way of that have to be dealt with, however necessary.  I am not just going to sit back and accept despair and defeat.  I can't help anybody else much before I help myself, and I'm making this the most important thing I must accomplish in 2010.
