May Earth Mother shower you with her deepest Universal Love, Abundance and Secret Radiance, Love You All, Ria.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A lot of times we don’t deal with our situations because we are ‘afraid’. Change can be a scary thing because it causes us to move in a new direction, have new ideas, most of all it causes us to face our current demons, dislikes and flaws. We are put on a critical analysis (self critique) we’d rather not deal with. We continue believing its easier to deal with life as it comes rather than begin the steps to take our destiny into our own hands.

Destiny is believed to be pre-destined from a higher source like God, the Angels, the Creator and planned at birth. This may be true , however, the choices in life each day, every second, even right now determines the cause and effect of your world ( where you live, who you date, how you work, eat, dress; your spirituality, your relationships, even your emotional, mental and physical health are all inter related to the choices you make.

Choices are made based upon one thing- what you believe. Think about it no one can persuade you to do anything you already don’t want to do; even those who take on a the naive or innocent position can admit that she did it cause she really wanted to in the end. I’m one of those admitting right now. lol!

STEP 1: Deal with your current situation HEAD ON!!

Have the courage to see where you are. BE HONEST (WITH YOURSELF) when no one is around. Humble yourself to truly ‘feel’ your deepest feelings. Summon those deeper feelings from within. Dont be afraid of them let them come up naturally. Prepare for them (MORE ON THAT LATER) by being in a space you can scream, cry, draw, sing, dance, or sit and watch the sky.

Cry if you have to when no one is looking. Release those thoughts and emotions. Find a place to let go of those feelings by speaking that you ARE or HAVE let those thoughts and emotions go. This process takes the most time for more emotional types. Detach yourself in your mind, and heart.
Now think of something that makes you happy. You MUST see yourself in this picture (it can not be of someone else solely because you must begin to SEE and visualize yourself in a NEW environment. That environment can be spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual.

Go to the People who can ‘help’ get U in the right direction;

  • a SUPPORTIVE FAMILY MEMBER
  • a Guidance Counselor
  • a Church Member
  • an Informative Community Member
  • a positive best Friend, Boyfriend, Girlfriend, or Lover

Surround yourself with People you can trust and count on. Surround yourself with people who represent or do the things you want to accomplish. Surround yourself with the people you respect and want to emulate. You can have all kinds of friends. Thugs, hos, bitches, crazies, freaks, ‘normal’ people in your life, but remember you should have a healthy balance of friends who represent every aspect of your whole being. Even if you have forgotten who and what you really are meant to be. There should be people you can trust, confide in, have your back, share some money, buy you food, cook you diner, give positive advice, hear your pains and stresses, and take you to the college admissions office. (wink wink)

more later!

STEP II:BEGIN TO MAP OUT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IN LIFE!
