A franchise feasibility study highlights strengths and weaknesses of the existing business model, answering the critical question: should we franchise?

In addtion to answering the question "Should we franchise?" a franchise feasibility study will identify pre-franchising steps a business needs to take before entering the franchise industry. Doing these pre-franchise steps now will increase business operating efficiences, add value to the firm and decrease future franchise development costs.
