Artist: Madison Darice
by Sherry Bach
At six years old, Madison Darice saw the musical Annie Get Your Gun and was captivated by the stage, performers, audience and the music; this was when she knew she wanted to sing and perform. This is also why she is influenced the most by performers such as Garth Brooks, Jason Aldean, Eric Church and Train, who seem to know how to translate emotion from their hearts to the audience by becoming vulnerable in front of people while entertaining, and leaving the crowd wanting more. Her goal as an artist is to make fans feel and believe what she is singing just like these folks have done.
Growing up country in the small town of Casey, Illinios, Madison feels blessed to have her roots firmly planted around family and the best friends she will ever have who help her stay grounded. Her childhood consisted of singing, fishing, four wheeling, and sitting around the campfire, and her friends help her get right back to it when she goes home.
Madison Darice is an adventurer, which is why she fell in love with Nashville, TN, and packed up and moved without knowing one soul, but she trusts in God and feels that He leads us down the path He wants us to walk. After growing up in a small town where there are not many places to eat out, Madison Darice never gets tired of what Nashville has to offer for food! She is often found at Fidos or Mellow Mushroom and does not mind if her fans stop by and say hello while she's eating.
Madison's favorite song is Drops Of Jupiter by Train and if she had to choose a band to collaborate with on Crossroads, it would be Train.
Her favorite colors are light blue and peach. She loves to read and watch movies and has the best dog in the world…his name is Howie.
