Natural Beauty

Do you ever wonder what is in the beauty products that you use? I'm talking about the lotions, creams, shampoos, facial masks, depilatories, conditioners and various cosmetics that are used everyday in homes around the world. Do the ingredients list names that you can't even pronounce?

And do you wonder about the effects of these unpronounceable ingredients on you and your family? I know I do. My solution? I make many of my own beauty products, and you can too. It is really quite easy, and the main ingredient to most of these make-at-home recipes is probably already in your kitchen cupboard.
