HOPE FOR PEACE

HOPE FOR PEACE (I feel Afzal Shauq’s Voice…. Laila Lili) Simply, I add that Afzal Shauq is great poet, I don’t know what to write about is excellence of work. This is a big question mark in my mind in the way as he made up his poem “Question Mark”. Because his poetry is more then composition of words… I feel his voices and think, if I could have followed his way of dreams for peace ever. Yes, its fact that nothing is believed until the fact is shown but what’s happening in the world? Can any one of us believe it? No, we don’t believe…we only believe what’s not to be believed in, like Mr. Afzal is saying in his piece of poetry “How to Believe?” He keeps his eyes open and see things clearly but what about the blind world, which can never be facing the truth? Afzal, seems to point out the realities to the people. As I think his voice is not reaching to all or the “Blind World” never believe to his eye sight. It’s said in Arabic “Darkness begets Worries”. Which clearly means that the nightmares come while we sleep and close our eyes. But the “Worries” of Afzal Shauq are different enough, he inter links them to unfair means; self destruction and broken hope. I am really worried too if we don’t lose ability to survive as Afzal Shauq says in many poems. Conclusively, if I try to add my remarks about the poetry of Afzal, I would say that above all his worries, he is still hopeful and he dreams consciously for the peace and strongly believes that prosperity in life may come on the earth one day. I personally don’t think so because I don’t see the signs of prosperity to come ever but let’s wait for the “Hope For Peace” of Afzal if it’s going to take birth by the help of God.
