Love Letter to My Darling
My Darling,
Your love is a deep as a majestic canyon; your heart is as pure as a bubbling stream.
Your smile is as radiant as the morning sunshine and your support is nothing short of a dream.
When I think of you, each thought becomes magic. You are mesmerizing, no one could compare.
I am ever grateful for all you have given. I am ever blessed by the love we share.
When I see the moonlight, shining from the Heavens, I glance your way and admire the glow.
The look on your face is worth more than a picture, so soft and so loving, as light as the snow.
Each day I awaken, our pledge to each other is as clear as the blue skies smiling on our love.
No words could express the many ways I need you. I love you and know we are blessed from above.
My darling, you are my majestic canyon, my bubbling stream, my sun and moonlight.
You give me the morning, the noon, and the evening and with you, each day is incredibly bright.
You grant me the strength, whenever I am weary; you lift my spirits when I am feeling sad.
You laugh at my jokes and cry through my shortfalls; you are, indeed, the greatest friend I have had.
For Valentine’s Day, I felt I should thank you for being the amazing person you are.
There could never be anyone else in my life; you are my companion and my shining star.
This holiday is one for hopeless romantics and darling, I am much more hopeless than most.
You give my life strength, and yet, you are my weakness; for I am someone who does not like to boast.
But, boast over you, each and every morning, each day, come the noontime, and then, come the night; I feel that I must because you’re so perfect, you are my life’s passion and dearest delight.
I could search the world; I would not find another, who would love and care for me ‘til this life is through.
Yet, I need not search for I’ve found you, my darling. Happy Valentine’s Day, God has blessed me with you.
