President Obama made and kept.

President Obama promised to "Make U.S. military aid to Pakistan conditional on anti-terror efforts." and he kept his promise.

President Obama’s strategy seems to be working as Pakistan has recently stepped up its fight against terrorism.

I agree, why follow the policies of the prior administration. They got us into this mess, we don't need advise on how to fail of make it worse.
