In today’s day and age, we all suffer from illnesses and bodily aches and pains due to technology. Although we all enjoy televisions, computers and other assorted gadgets and gizmos, we tend to get so addicted that we neglect our own bodies screams for help. Spynizsnapin – Your back is sick of being in the same position for hours on end while you surf the internet.

Krikeneck – Your neck is suggesting that you move it before it sends enemies down your spine to retaliate.
Toerectis – This is one of your toes telling you it’s getting up, you might want to follow.
Krampenie – Your knee is telling you it hasn’t bent one way or another in hours and is assuming rigormortis is setting in.
