God has already predestine our length of years; but its up to us to keep our bodies Healthy.

We have a choice; We can spend it in a wheelchair,or a rocking chair, aimlessly wondering around or in bed. So as I am led, I will give a few ideas that I personally have used.

Freely I have received so I will freely give. Pray constantly giving Thanks to God always.   "Be careful"  Even a child of God, If you do crazy things accidents can happen. Walk Righteously before God.

To avoid wrinkles>>, try  sleeping mostly  on your back if you can.

Use as little makeup  as possible. If you are brave enough, don't use makeup at all; just a little face cream of your choice. Giving thanks to God always.

Exercise as much as you can; walking will make a world of difference; keep the joints moving, If you have access to a treadmill. start with 15 minutes and move up accordingly; Giving thanks to God always.

Dont give Artie a chance to attack the joints, keep them moving.

Lift some weight; start small and   then increase as you are able.

If you can ride keep riding your bike.The idea is to keep those joints moving. Giving thanks to God always.

 This is about the outside."Now for the inside"Drink lots of water. Dont be hangup on bottled water you can boil your own. eat lots of fruits: fruits and more fruits of all various kinds.

Eat  lightly steamed vegetables or raw ones. If you get tired of eating them,  blend them and drink it. Make real juice. Invest in a juicer if you don't already have one; you will not regret it.  Wash the veggies  properly by adding a little vinegar to the water.  Always giving thanks to the Creator of all things.

Green vegetables are a must; If its green eat it. Cut back on oils way back;

Broil, and bake, less frying. Dont forget the balance; a little green Little yellow a little white. You will notice that I said a little. Dont ever eat untill you feel uncomfortable.Just enough to satisfy you.

After eating never drink ice cold water;If you have to drink, let it be room temperture. Or better still wait fifteen to twenty minutes after eating.  Giving thanks to GOD always. Visit your Doctor  for regular checkups; And give the Glory to GOD.
