As a small boy in the '30s, I delivered the Saturday Evening Post. A clever author on the humor page wrote fractured fables in garbled English, as: "Tales Mine GrossenfaderTold" I have tried to find his name without success. The following is not an attempt to plagiarize, but to resurrect his technique and m.o. If anyone can identify him I would appreciate being able to credit him.

                              Ein Grassenhopper und
                                    das Bunchen Anters
                                           (with apologies to Aesop)

All summer das bunchen Anters ben
