This is completely opposite of Matt Ponticello's other novel, "How to Beg for Cigarettes," whereas that was extremely funny. This new novel, "The Sunbottle Stone," has taken a different road in that it is very scary and intense. This is a great vampire murder thriller with an excellent storyline. The main character, Charles Foster, although he is a doctor and a vampire executioner, he feels like an old-time sleuth. I love this book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys vampires and mysteries. I will tell the author, there HAS to be a sequel. I loved it.
