Impressions of my first leisure cruise!

Would you like to go on a relaxing cruise, where you are waited on hand and foot, you have meals in wonderful 4 star restaurants, and can eat 24 hours a day?  No cell phones, no Internet unless you pay a premium price and no set schedule to do anything.  Do you want to meet other authors, compare notes, discuss marketing strategies, and receive encouragement?  I did! That’s why I booked a cabin on the last marketing cruise sponsored by christianstoryteller.com.

I highly recommend this type of cruise, seminar and marketing tool.  We had a great session discussing how to market your Christian book, ways of getting your book noticed, and ended with a successful book signing.  It was so much fun to interact with other authors and spouses, we could hang out together or go our own way till we met at dinner in the evening. 

This cruise gave me such a boost! I came home refreshed with new ideas on how to jump start the sales on my book.  I had spent two years as a successful freelance writer which left me no time to write for pleasure and creativity.  Retired from freelance, I am now rejuvenating my writing career.  I am working on my second novel, dreaming story lines, and have so many thoughts I just need to write down!
