50,194 Total Hits 02/01/2005 to 09/25/2005

Today my AuthorsDen.com website passed 50,000 total hits.  My top ranked poem was "My wish" at 794 hits, the top ranked prose piece was "Brothers and Sisters" at 631 total hits.

I am very happy because both of these pieces are me speaking my own ideas publically.  AuthorsDen.com greatest advantage, in my opinion, is that the opportunity is provided for each author to present their work to a world wide audience.

Writing for one's club newsletter or local newspaper can be satisfying, but it's not "Hello World."

I'm also happy because both of the pieces express ideas that are minority positions.  The poem says, "Write and give it away," and the prose piece suggests "We are all brothers and sisters," and suggests, "Striving for unconditional love and unconditional forgiveness."  Not popular ideas at all-or maybe they are depending on where they are presented?

I am deeply indebted to all my readers and AuthorsDen.com.  I know not what tomorrow brings, but I know I'll be writing
