That is Correct get this stew on the stove and go back to bed or just rejax.
2lb. beef stew meat
4-5 large potatoes, peeled
4-5 whole carrots, cleaned
Onions, chopped coarsely
1 pkg. frozen vegetables,
any kind (green beans or lima bean
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
1/2 soup can of water
Put stew meat in bottom of large Dutch oven. Place potatoes and carrots in around meat, add vegetables and onions Season and top with soup and water. Bake covered for 5 hours at 275 degrees or 4 hours at 300 degrees. Serves 4 to 6. HAPPY EATING!
