Become a Fan
Are you having the GANG over for Breakfast or Brunch? Or this dish can be
served for Lunch.
8 cups frozen potatoes (any variety)
1 1/2 lbs pork or turkey sausage
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 cups milk
Pre-heat oven 350 F
Fry, drain and crumble sausage.
Mix all ingredients together with
eggs and pour into a greased 9" x 13 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hour at 350F.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
