A Father's Day and what it means to me...

A Father's Day is a special day for my eight year old son and his dad. From the first day I was born on June 3rd, 1998, when my dad held me in his arms for the first time. A tear rolled down his cheek, as he gazed upon my tiny face. He was so blessed from God above, when this new miracle took place. We will never forget the bond of eight years embrace, as we play together and laughed at each funny face. My father is special to me, because he helped bring me life in this new world to see. And when hard times arrive, he is always there and takes my hand. I wouldn't know what to do without my dear old dad who sees me through. I lost a dad in 1988, when he was only 59. And that truly was a sad day for me, because now he is in heaven and only smiling down on me. I will miss my father on June 18, because he always celebrated that special day with me. But my eight year old  is truly blessed, because he still has his dad at 55. And they bond so loving together, that truly lifts my heart to each content. No matter who your father is, it's always a blessing to share Father's Day with whoever your father is. Because fond memories will be shared together from every one of us. A father is kind, caring, loving, in every way. He showers us with kisses everyday. And without my father here today, than I couldn't celebrate Father's Day! And though life has a reason, we still would not be here without  a  father for every season. So I thank God above for his love, and sending me a dad to love. And though at times my dad get's mad, when  I act  bad it's because he loves me, and never wants to be sad.

So when Father Day approaches be kind to your dad, as I am to mine because father's are truly the best medicine.

We are all inter connected in life, even though we don't always take cognizance of it...
I still miss my beloved Dad too...
