Digital technology re-produces desired effects simply by energizing the logic sequences of on/off switches. This technology has no limit because the essence of everything is derived from one common on/off: 0/1. We tap into what is already working and voila possibilities abound. Technology is engaged in the process of reducing the physical size of gadgets by developing the speed of on/off switches; as the speed of operation increases less switches do the same work. Eventually, we will arrive at just one switch going on and off so rapidly that it produces everything at once. We will thus have arrived at what has supported our efforts all along and we will realize that this singular on/off switching motion did not begin when we arrived at its door.
