The Poet’s covenant is wisdom.
Wisdom does not have an ego.
The world is a hellish place but only so because we refuse our own information: the information of wisdom.
Without wisdom we are lost!
Many write poetry to celebrate and exalt life without knowing that life as we know it is a result of the negation of Love. We should never celebrate life, rather we should celebrate Love and know the difference. This distinction separates the poets from the egos. Poetry has little real value if it is not anchored in truth. I challenge all who propose to be poets to define their wisdom center. And should it be that this center knows itself as the one God, then to direct their pens to help educate a world lost in the dire throes of an ignorance that repeats its own pain by constantly re-cycling its dirty laundry. The true poets must rise into wisdom and establish the sacred covenant so that no matter the color of subjective efflorescence the language of intent will remain the same; the language of Love.
The quest of science is to establish a unified theory of matter that will propel us out of our cyclic dysfunctions to a higher unity of purpose. Unfortunately, this noble objective is destined to fail because the necessary 'positive' principle is insubstantial and therefore un-measurable. This Positive principle pleads for cooperation but science places a burden of proof and therein lies its Achille's heel.
Also, unless there is a radical change in direction, there is no possibility of a unifying principle coming from spiritual traditions that defer to an external god: God is within, never out!
I submit that All is One and that:
WISDOM is the knowledge that one is God.
I believe that the poet's covenant is wisdom and that therefore the logical bridge to unity must be built by poets.
Wisdom is the acceptance of one as God. This is the agreement that forms the poetic covenant. From this center the efflorescence of wisdom pours forth to gather the harvest of Love. The Poet's obligation is not to take the gift for granted but to learn it well for the good of all.
Please consider the above definition of wisdom literally. Let logic prevail where proof is not a possibility. If you have questions, do not hesitate to email me:
Note:
We are conditioned to believe that we cannot know ourselves. This conditioning does not come from any individual but from all individuals at once operating outside our localized consciousness or ego. We know not the webs we spin. Wisdom dissolves all to Love but gaining it first requires the courage to recognize the limitations of the ego.
My intention is to establish the parameters of wisdom as basic education to be taught to all levels.
The poets complement remains complete within every individual without exception.
Many are called but few are chosen because we choose ourselves.
Poets are not ego bound and this is so because they know who they are. When you learn who you are, you too will become a poet and healer to the world. Let the warriors come forward.
