A good Englishman, and a good freedom fighter...

I want to take this opportunity to send former British Prime Minister Tony Blair my best wishes.

Besides revitalizing the Labour Party, and capably leading Parliament for ten years, Mr. Blair was a freedom fighter in the vein of Sir Winston Churchill. Mr. Blair has seen what the future of free people would become, under the murderous rule of Islamic fundamentalist terrorism.

I hope Mr. Blair will continue to speak out and work on behalf of freedom -- around the world -- during his remaining years.

Millions of Americans, besides myself, greatly appreciate Mr. Blair's efforts.

We wish him God speed and fair winds.

Sincerely,

Hanley "Doc" Harding

Millions of Americans do and millions do not. I'm neutral cause I don't know enough. We don't know how historians will view him. If, as he said, he was concerned with doing the 'right' thing, then he certainly deserves praise. Anyway, really nice letter.
