The Who: "I hope I die before I get old."
After work today I had an errand to perform before going home. The errand took me on a walk through the campus of the University of Pittsburgh. There they were, hundreds of students in shorts and flip-flops with many of them with their ears glued to a cell phone. I was in my second hand suit with my second hand shirt and tie. There I was, a sixty-year old man in a sea of youth. I remember smiling to myself: imagining what I looked like to them. And remembering my own youth and my generation's slogan: don't trust anyone over thirty.
Well, thirty has come and gone but I'm glad I didn't die before I got old.

I, also, am glad that you did not die young. :) And I am glad that your foot is healing.
I have a lot of catching up to do with you and I plan on enjoying every word of it, Guy~ |

| It's good that you are glad and Georg is funny. I know that feeling when you were walking among them. Keep writing and cheers. |

When you reach eighty-two, tell me how you felt being sixty...if I am still around...
