What happens when your publisher ceases to exist?

My previous publisher/ Rain Publishing has stopped their presses.  Due to some unfortunate situation RP has closed their doors.  As an author to "RP", I was notified of the situation and I presently have all rights returned to me>  Now I am in need of a publisher.  Michael.
