This article teaches about the Holy Spirit Of God.
Zechariah 4:6 Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord of host. Everything that God does whether in creation or in the lives of men, He does it by or through His Spirit...Genesis 1:2 And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. The Holy Spirit is the power of God...Acts 5:3,4 Peter asked Ananias, Why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Ghost? Peter went on to say, you have not lied to men but to God. The Holy Spirit is God, as much God as the Father... Matthew 12:28 Jesus cast out devils, demons by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit was the power of Jesus Christ when He walked the earth in the midst of humanity.
John 16:8, "And when He, the Holy Spirit is come He will reprove, convict the world of sin." The Holy Spirit brings conviction in the heart of the sinner softening the heart that he may allow Christ into his life . Without this conviction, no one would get saved because of our sinful nature...John16:14, "He the Holy Spirit shall glorify Me, for He shall receive of Mine and shall show it to you...The Holy Spirit always glorifies Jesus. If you are doing something that does not point to Jesus you are not led by the Spirit...Romans 8:13, He helps us put the flesh to death...1Corinthians2:10-12, Everything is revealed to us the saints by the Spirit. Unless you have the Spirit of God, you can not receive from God, except it be salvation...2Corinthians3:17,18, He changes us into the image of Christ, He gives us the power to live as Christ lived....Ephesians 3:16-20, He strengthens us, gives understanding, knowledge, that we might be complete in Christ.
1Peter1:22, He enables us to obey the word of God...Acts2:38, When we received Jesus Christ into our lives as Lord and Savior, we received the Holy Spirit. Unless we receive the Holy Spirit, we have not received salvation. John 14:2-3, Jesus promises those that are his that he was going to prepare a place for them and that He would come and take them to be with Him. The rapture is for those who belong to Jesus, to those who have received His Spirit, His Holy Spirit, Amen.
