This atricle teaches about Jesus Christ.

Do you really know Jesus Christ? In order to know Jesus Christ you first need to know that in the bible He is referred to by many names because He fulfills many roles in the lives of humanity. In Saint John chapter 1 He, Jesus is referred to by 14 different names. In the complete bible He is referred to by more that 75 names. The first name that is used in Saint John is, The Word. This reference teaches us the pre- existence of Jesus Christ. He was in the beginning with God, and He was and is God. Jesus declared of Himself in John 17:5, Father glorify Me with your own self with the glory that I had with you before the world was. Jesus is saying that He had fellowship with the Father when there was nothing, but God.

The bible tells us in Philippians 2:6, 7 that Jesus being in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God, made Himself of no reputation and took on the form of a servant. In His pre-existence, He was in the form of God {totally spirit} through the incarnation, or being placed in the womb of the Virgin Mary by the Holy Spirit, He took on the form of a servant, a man. Colossians 1:15-17 tells us that Jesus in the image of the invisible God, by Him, Jesus, all things were created. {see also Ephesians 3:9} And that Jesus is before all things, and by Him all things consist, or are held together. The bible clearly calls Jesus God. We read in Hebrews 1:7, 8 Referring to the angels, He, God says, Who makes His angels spirits, and His ministering servants flames of fire. But as to the Son, He, God says, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and the scepter of your kingdom is a scepter of absolute righteousness. {Ampf} God the Father calls Jesus the Son, God. The prophet Isaiah prophesied the coming of the Lord declared, "For unto us a Child is born, a Son is given, the government shall be on His shoulders, His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, Isaiah 9:6...Matthew 1:23 states, Behold, a virgin shall be with Child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is being interpreted is, God with us.

The bible predicted the coming of Jesus the Son of God into the world as a man in Genesis 3:15. He is the seed of the woman, fulfilled in Galatians 4:4 in the fullness of time God sent forth His Son, made of a woman, made under the law, He is God, and He is man. In 1 Corinthians 15:45-47 He is called the last Adam, He was a man just like the first Adam, yet without sin. In 1 Timothy 2:5 it is declared; there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus. What was His mission? Luke 19:10, For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. 1 John 3:8 For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
