There is no better way to achieve one's desires than through proper meditation. Meditation brings us to our center (spirit)the master of the inner planes. It is here that all desires manifest...Om Sri Ganeshaya Namah

Meditation is the ability to look within yourself to explore your heart center, soul, higher self, and the Supreme soul. There are many paths one can take to reach these goals- all paths arrive at the center.

The important thing to remember is to always focus on a target during meditation. A target can be anything and anyone. If nothing is pictured: nothing is gained it is the law ( nothing + nothing =0).

Techniques to try:

Om (Hindu mantra) - Is the sound of creation. It is the word that was spoke of in the Christain bible. Picture this symbol on your third eye and vibrate this holy mantra. Imagine your body filled with light, energy, and rejuvenation.

Shiva (Hindu God) is the lord of change. Visualize this great God at your third eye. Tell him your problems daily and watch them vanish from your life. His mantra -Om Namah Shiva

Prayer"Om Namaha Shiva, Lord of sweeping change Om Namaha Shiva, Nataraja. Lord of the dance- dance my problems into the dust. Let there be change for the better. Shiva Om"

Pronunciation key:Namah - Nah -mah (mah as in RA the Egyptian God)Shiva- Shee- vahNataraja- Not- tah-ra- jah
