The present write up is based on the present features of the Indian Economy which is changing it from a agrarian economy to an industrial to a service sector led economy. With high levels of savings and investment at 30 per cent of the GNP but low investment of 3 per cent in education and 1 per cent of GNP for higher education and 1 per cent for R&D of Indian GNP.However,250 million people still live below the poverty line.On one hand Indians travel by air in domestic airlines of Air Deccan,Kingfisher,Air Sahara whereas 70 per cent people do no have means of sanitation at home.
