Change is the only Constant
Of all the things there are in our life,
Change is the most constant of all.

Change is the only Constant
Of all the things there are in our life,
Change is the most constant of all.

Janet Prince 1971

Do you have rigid routines?
For example: Walking or exercising for thirty minutes at least three
times a week no matter what you feel like?

We need to have structure in our lives, and a routine provides us
with that. But because we are always changing we should take into
consideration our mental, emotional and physical states as well.
IF what we are doing does not serve us anymore then we need to
change and arrange it until it does. There is no sense keeping our
routines if they no longer serve us.

Change is the only thing that is constant in our lives.

I remember my daughter telling me that when she was in high school,

I thought that she was an amazing young woman to figure that out at
such a early age.

Change is the only thing in our lives that is constant.

And sometimes changes occur that you were not even aware of, lives
change, and grow in ways that we are not aware of.

People change and grow in many different ways, sometimes it is not
so up-front and you don't notice it, and when change does happen you
are left surprised and wondering how you could of not been aware of
it as it was happening.

Change occurs for all of us, in every area of our lives, change of
job, change of address, change of lifestyle, change of partner,
change of car, and on and on....

I am sure one could go on for along time with the changes we all
grow through in our lives.

Can you accept change in your life?

Do you have a hard time with change?

What if people don't behave the way you think or feel they should
what do you do then? To Love them Unconditionally, is the
answer. You may not agree with them, or their choice but you do not
have to live their life either, so you cannot judge.

It is hard for most of us to live up to our own standards with out
expecting others to.

Change can blow your socks off, rattle your world, shake you up,
bringing with it the TOTALLY UNEXPECTED.

There are those of us out there that say we want to live a life of
excitement, and travel, and constant change, a bohemian lifestyle in
a way ...But do you really?

Or does your world get shaken up when it does happen? Can you keep
afloat among all the changes? Does it throw you into a tizzy?

Can you allow the change to take place in your world?

Change in your life affects others lives, to a certain point.

Change affects all of us.

Change happens all the time, each minute of each day,
we can't stop it, nor should we want to.

For the only thing in this life of ours that is constant is CHANGE!

Can we accept that and keep flowing with the river of life?

Do we really secretly not want change, and try to keep our life
within the boundaries we make for it?

Each of us must look inside ourselves at change and what it really
does mean to us.

After all Change is the only Constant in our Universe.

Change is the only constant.
