Prayer is a powerful tool - use it to speak to your own heart.
To intend or direct action is to create and manifest positive outcome.
By directing action and intending a positive outcome from that manipulated behavior we script our reality. By scripting our reality through staged manipulation we can pull out of predicted behaviors and the resulting expected reaction, giving way to successful behaviors with beneficial outcomes.
All of us, and I mean all of us, have been angry, resentful, and 'acted out' from time to time in an inappropriate manner. We have all brought drama into our lives and perhaps not always reacted as well as we could have to unexpected life events.
But one thing I am sure of is that this alone makes us all human and being 'such' we are subject to making mistakes. More importantly we are able to heal and move through those mistakes when we are ready to commit to accepting personal responsibility for our actions and reactions. Our Mother Mary restores us to wholeness when we seek her help - all we have to do is ask.
We project our own unique perspective of the reality we live onto others, and into our everyday interactions, and therefore we draw that energy into our lives. Good or bad. These are not God's perspectives but our own shaped by our own human living conditions and how we grew up, we as adults can choose to change our dynamics to ones of beneficial deeds.
We all manifest the results of 'our perspective' which we arrive at due to our own free will, often times assigning the responsibility of our behavior and reactions onto others (those who caused it which are those who we blame) rather than owning it ourselves and simply moving on.
"He causes the changes of the times and season, makes kings and unmakes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who understand."
Learn to understand yourself. Not in relation to others, or by the standards of others, but through your relationship with God. There is no set way to self-discovery; each person must find his or her own way. For some it may seem easy and for you it may seem harder, but you do not know that other person's story or what they have experienced. STOP comparing your life to everyone else's.
Be proud of who you are and if things get difficult seek out God and pray – prayer is a powerful tool that can lift you up and lighten you burden and ease your mind.
Reshaping and understanding our individual dynamics allows us to heal and flow with life energy. Compartmentalizing and stuffing our issues cause them to manifest in many ways, often in our physiology. This is why it is vitally important to view your life without comparing it another's life.
Illness and lack of focus are the remnants of these unresolved conflicts and unhealed injuries. Where you mind goes, your body follows. You are your thoughts and your thoughts shape your day and how you interact with others. Just as the words you speak impact not only those around you but you yourself.
"Do not, my brothers, speak ill of one another. The one who speaks ill of his brother or judges his brother is speaking against the Law (against himself). It is the Law he judges (it is himself). If, however, you judge the law you are observer of the law, you are its judge. There is but one Lawgiver and Judge, one who can save and destroy. Who then are you to judge your neighbor?"
Without these errors we cannot grow and move forward. Recognizing causes and patterns, acknowledging their impact and forgiving ourselves are the basic steps to wholeness of mind and body.
Impacting is manifesting the energy of conflict and unresolved issues within the body. Errorous thought and negative emotions continuously gather, creating dramatic themes until the body's trigger points react and you manifest this as illness or dysfunction.
These manifestations and unresolved conflicts can cause serious illness. Your body follows where your mind's reality leads. Impacting often increases until these conflict and root issues are dealt with.
Equilibrium in your life is of utmost importance in maintaining spiritual harmony. It is being dead center in who you are, recognizing wrongs and rights. This is the opposition of opposing forces which, being equal in strength, rests in motion. Divine Mind is all, distinct from all, and greater than all. Learning to ask for God's help is a good place to start, and it is that easy. Now, your answer may not be what YOU want it to be, but it will come in God's way so be willing to accept this.
Unlike us, God gets the BIG picture. We are not infinite beings and usually we can't see that far ahead. But God can and His plan may have something else in store for us and until you hear what God is saying you may have a difficult time.
The very concept is ineffable and yet the thought of Divine Mind only expresses the human concept and ideal of divinity. The opposing side of this is negativity, expressed by mortal mind and through free choice. Negative subsistence can never be anything but negative subsistence. It can not vary, it can not develop and it can not evolve.
Negative subsistence just pools and becomes stagnant. For in and of itself, negative subsistence is nothing but a projected sense of manifested mortal thought. However, negative existence has hidden within it positive life force. For in the limitless depths of the abyss of negativity lies the hidden power of Divine Mind, the power of projecting divine thought and love. This one spark, which makes all the glory of the sun and universe, recreates itself in our own individualized but universal reflection. Divine Mind is abundant in mercy and in countenance.
Now is the time to hug someone and let go of the pain. Now is the time to own your behaviors and grow beyond them by embracing them. Now is the time to learn to love yourself in an unconditional manner, so you can love someone else in an unconditional manner. This means loving someone for their errors and mistakes, offering them understanding and compassion at these times and a gentle guiding voice of reason.
Remember our dear Mother Mary is always there for us when we come to her. Listen within your heart of hearts and know that you are not alone.
