This is my favorite salad and one my friends request frequently. It's light and refreshing and great as a side with pasta dishes.

1 Bag Mixed Salad Greens
1 Sm. Can Mandarin Oranges, drained well
1 Sm. Container of Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1 Small Apple (I like Fuji), sliced (peeling optional)
1 C. Chopped Walnuts
Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Toss first five ingredients together. Serve with raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing. You can also add sliced grapes as well.

"Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we may diet!"

"A closed hand can't receive."

"If our hands are already full of ourselves, then God can't fill them."
